Hi - I am Jennifer Tabiza, and optometrist and entrepreneur. I started my career opening a boutique eyecare practice with the same dream most new business owners have: to take great care of my patients and build something I was proud of. Over time I began to see the untapped potential within my practice, the growing demand for aesthetics, the overlap in patient needs, and the opportunity to expand beyond traditional eye care.

With a clear vision and a willingness to take calculated risks, I transformed my practice into a full-scale medical spa Total Body Aesthetics, carefully integrating aesthetic services while maintaining my core optometry offerings. In just one year, that decision grew our revenue by 300%.

Along the way, my experience co-founding Dr. Contact Lens and Techifeye gave me a deep understanding of marketing, sales, branding, and scaling technology-driven businesses. I learned what works, and what doesn’t, when it comes to launching new services, building a strong brand, hiring the right team, and avoiding costly mistakes.
